Boda Guy is a fast-growing, on-demand delivery platform designed to connect senders with trusted riders in real time. Whether you're a small business shipping products or an individual sending a gift across town, our dual-app system—Boda Guy and Boda Guy Driver—makes the process seamless.
The User App offers instant booking, transparent pricing, and live GPS tracking from pickup to drop-off, while the Rider App is optimized for speed, route efficiency, and earnings management. Every rider is vetted to ensure professionalism and safety, and our backend routing engine intelligently minimizes delays and fuel costs. The app grew to over 1000 downloads in two weeks after public release.
As the design lead, I oversaw the full product experience—from wireframes to final UI—ensuring both apps were intuitive, culturally relevant, and scalable. We built with empathy, testing every flow with real users to refine clarity and speed. The design philosophy centered on emotional resonance and technical precision: icons, language, and interactions were tailored to local habits, while the architecture supports expansion across regions

Building a sustainable suite of apps for electric vehicle owners to easily find charging stations, make payments, and track battery health. Station managers get tools for orders and station management.
My roles included; Spear heading the product design process from ideation to app deployment (two apps), logo design, speaking at different conferences, product strategy.
This project was a research project along some researchers from the Ugandan E-mobility space

The goal of the project was to update the user interface of an existing app. This app was to launch first on Android only so I designed it entirely on Material design, a design system by Google.
